I'm new to Yay Studio. How do i start?
Welcome to Yay Studio! We welcome all levels of yogis, with a selection of class packages catered to your needs. Just sign up to the package and schedule that best suits you, and get started. If you’re new to yoga/pilates, please feel free to ask our instructors any questions you may have.
I'm new to aerial yoga. Can i join the class?
Yes. We are beginner friendly. All levels of people are welcome to join, with or without yoga experience and there's no age limit.
How to sign up?
Write in to us at email@example.com specifying the package you would like to purchase, we will reach you soon.
Or drop by and sign up at our studio, we only accept bank transfer, bank QR pay and cash only. Membership No. will be given by Yay Studio once you have make your full payment.
Do i need to pre-book my class?
Class space is limited, so we recommend that you reserve your spot as soon as possible, here. Online booking is on first-come-first-serve basis. Membership No. will be given by Yay Studio once you have completed your sign up.
How much time should i give myself before class to arrive?
Please check in at least 15 minutes before class. This gives you ample time to set up your mat, and prepare for practice. Also gives you the chance to meet other YAYies, and speak with your instructor about any concerns you may have.
What should i wear?
Comfortable athletic clothes that allows you to move easily. No need for shoes nor jewellery. Be sporty, not flashy. Extra points if you wear YAY swag.
What do i need?
Deep breaths and an open mind. A yoga mat and towel would help, too. And remember to bring water bottle.
What is your cancellation policy?
Should you be unable to attend class for any reason, please inform us at least 24-hours prior to class time. We’ll return your class credit to your account. To learn more, please visit https://www.yaystudiokl.com/policies
Can i share class package?
Your class package is a non-shareable, non-transferable dedicated personal privilege, for you to enjoy our facilities and best yoga/pilates practices.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your class (there will be no late admittance)
Check-in with our awesome receptionist
Remove your shoes when you enter the studio, and secure your belongings in the provided area.
